“As we become aware of ourselves as storytellers, we realize we can use our stories to heal and make ourselves whole.”

Individual Therapy
Individual therapy at Narrative Healing Therapy offers a supportive space to slow down, make sense of what you are experiencing, and explore the experiences that have shaped your life.
Therapy may focus on the beliefs, relationships, patterns, and messages that influence how you see yourself and move through the world. Some may help you feel grounded and connected, while others may leave you feeling stuck, ashamed, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself.
Our therapists view clients as active participants in their own healing. Together, we explore what may no longer be working, make space for new perspectives, and support you in reconnecting with your voice, choices, and sense of self.
Individual therapy can help you develop greater self-understanding, self-compassion, and agency as you move toward meaningful change and healing.
