We are a growing private practice rooted in trauma-informed care, narrative healing, and creative expression. Our work centers on helping clients reclaim their stories especially in areas of trauma, identity, relationships, and sexuality.

As we expand, we are building a team of clinicians who are not only skilled, but intentional, reflective, and aligned with this mission.

Who We’re Looking For

We are currently hiring mental health therapists licensed in Iowa:

  • LMCH, tLMHC

  • LMFT, tLMFT

  • LISW, LMSW

We currently have openings for:

  • 3 in-person therapists

  • 2 telehealth-only therapists

The ideal clinician:

  • Is passionate about client empowerment and identity work

  • Is open to or interested in sex therapy or relational dynamics including attachment

  • Values creativity in the therapy room (narrative, expressive, experiential approaches)

  • Is interest in group work, workshops, or community engagement

  • Is committed to growth, feedback, and clinical excellence
